Dear Valued Customer, I have written this letter to you to inform you that I have decided that it is time for me to go into retirement effective September 2011. Many factors have lead to this decision, including health concerns and wanting to be closer to family who now all reside in the midwest. Given these circumstances, we have decided to move back to the Northern Illinois area. I have turned Herner Heating and Air, Inc. over to my close friend and business partner of the past 14 years, Anthony Maynor who owns A. Maynor Mechanical, Inc. Anthony and I are graduates from Wake Technical College and have worked together as partners since 1994. While in school taking the full time curriculum we took part in a nationwide aptitude test. All the technical colleges that teach the Heating and Air Conditioning curriculum were allowed to participate in the test. Anthony received the highest score in the country in 1995. Anthony is very capable of taking care of all your Heating and Air Conditioning systems. If we have installed a new system for you and you have the 10 year All Parts and Labor Warranty, or the Standard Warranty, Anthony will be available and able to handle all of your Heating & Air Conditioning needs.
